The Rising Star Fund is a 501(c)(3) certified nonprofit led by high school students in Northern Virginia. We strive to uplift low-income students and Title 1 schools in Northern Virginia.

Our mission is to empower underprivileged youth by raising funds to provide essential resources such as education, school supplies, technology, and more.
